A primary focus of Attorney Gornall’s legal practice is concentrated in the areas of collections, mortgage foreclosure defense and bankruptcy law. He previously completed a Federal Bankruptcy Clerkship and then headed the bankruptcy/collections department of a large Philadelphia law firm where he specialized in the representation of creditors and various nationwide lending institutions.
He has taken the unique perspective gained from his experience representing banks and secured lenders, and now routinely also represents individuals and families who are faced with real-life, difficult financial situations.
